Example 2; The DSLR
The Digital single-lens reflex camera is a more advanced camera compared to the point and shoot or the Polaroid camera. And because of this the price is more advanced too (expensive). This camera has a lot more to offer to a photographer, it has a lot of flexibility and lets the photographer be in full control of the images which it is capturing. Because of it being so advanced it isn't a portable as the point and shoot camera, there is a lot more of it to carry around. Plus you are able to buy a lot more fancy equipment for this camera such as different lenses for different photography situations. They allow for the photographer to adjust so many different settings on the camera. For example you can control the shutter speed, the light exposure, the focus.
Examples of images being taken for a DSLR are:

I think that the DSLR camera are great cameras. They allow for a photographer to make anything possible with this type of camera. Although they are expensive and some of the settings and modes of the camera can be complex and confusing. Sometimes people can miss out on taking a great photograph because they a fiddling around with the settings too much rather than taking the photo.
I personally think that the DSLR produce some of the best quality images that we have today. These cameras will continue to advance in the future with more and more settings being added to each new model. But the more complex they make them, the harder it will be for people to work them properly or use the settings to their full potential. This may cause less people to buy them due to this future complexity.
